Board Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 1:00 pm. The meetings for November and December are combined and held on the first Thursday in December. Occasionally our regular meeting times will change or be rescheduled.

Meet Our Board

CCCFA is governed by a Board Member representing each of the member CCAs.

Robert Shaw
Board Member of CCCFA and CEO of 3CE

Nick Chaset
Chair of the Board of CCCFA and CEO of EBCE

Nick leads as the Chair of the Board of Directors for CCCFA. Nick is also Chief Executive Officer and has overall responsibility for all facets of East Bay Community Power’s (EBCE’s) operations, a CCA based in Alameda County.

Garth Salisbury
Board Member, Treasurer/Controller for CCCFA and  ​​Director of Finance and Treasurer of MCE

Garth provides financial stewardship as both a Board Member and the Treasurer and Controller of CCCFA. Garth is also the Director of Finance and Treasurer of Marin Clean Energy (MCE) a CCA that serves customers across four Bay Area counties.

Girish Balachandran
Vice Chair of the Board of CCCFA and CEO of SVCE

Girish is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of CCCFA. Girish is also the Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE), a CCA based in San Mateo County. Girish currently serves as Chair of the Board for California Community Power.

Ted Bardacke
Board Member of CCCFA and CEO of CPA

Ted Bardacke a CCCFA Board Member. Ted is also Chief Executive Officer of Clean Power Alliance (CPA), the locally operated not-for-profit electricity provider for 32 communities and more than three million residents and businesses across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
